I was awoken by a sound, which I later found out was the noise of a jet crashing into a building. Twice.

I had the peculiar misfortune of living 3 blocks away from the most photographed event in history, and as i made my way through the streets to take some pics, i heard the lowest rumbling in my life. South Tower had come down.
